Faggan Singh Kulaste was former Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare and a member of the 16th Lok Sabha. He represents the Mandla constituency of Madhya Pradesh and is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party political party. He was minister of state in Vajpayee ministry from 1999.
